The project is located in the former site of a primary school in Hongxi Village, Yingde City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 13 mu. It is only 0.8 kilometers away from the scenic Lianjiang River and 2.2 kilometers away from the nearest highway exit.
The site has one main teaching building, one office dormitory building and one Chinese gate. The main body of the building is solid with reasonable layout, but the surface is mottled and the decoration is simple. The ground of the road and the playground is basically smooth, and can be put into use after a little maintenance.
