Year:2016Project range:proposal design constructionScale:8M*5M This floating boat house was built in Shenyu Island,Hainan province,China.The fixing system is supporting steel bar,one wood cabin was equipped with each dock which promotes waterresort village and changes into one beautiful scenery.
The floating house are built beside the floating docks. The 1st floor is 7 m *12 m, including 1 bedroom ,1 living room, 1 washing room and 1 kitchen and 4 balcony.The 2nd floor is 7m*10.5m ,with tent roof. Modern style House,mainly including concrete pontoon, steel structure ,WPC floor ,stainless steel handrail, aluminiun alloy walls and tent roof.
Mainly consist by aluminium alloy gangway， floating foundation, wooden house , wooden walkway. The fixing methods are steel-support,mooring system.gangway：30㎡floating walkway：496 ㎡the floating house：each is 8 x 9 m , total is 72 ㎡，with balcony is 21 ㎡.
