Deli Docks completed an Aid Africa pontoon bridge project in the March of 2020, which aims to improve the living condition of local residents.
This project located in Cote d’Ivoire . In the local area, there is only a simple narrow wooden bridge with no guardrail on the lake with a depth of 1 meter, which is very inconvenient and dangerous. We built two pontoon bridges, one 125 meters, one 105 meters, 1.5 meters wide, with a 0.8 meters high and 1.5 meters wide arch, which allows small rafts to pass through. After the construction, the local residents’ traffic becomes more convenient and safe. This pontoon bridge passed BV verification. It uses WPC deckings, and all steel is galvanized, which is cheap and has long lifespan.
